Corey Crawford is not travelling with the Chicago Blackhawks to Winnipeg on Thursday, instead staying back to deal with an upper-body injury, the team announced.
He's considered day to day.
Crawford allowed all five goals in a loss to the Los Angeles Kings on Monday before backing up Scott Darling in Wednesday's defeat at the hands of the Philadelphia Flyers.
The two-time Stanley Cup champion is having one of his best seasons on record and in the face of more shots than he's seen previously. He has 35 wins and seven shutouts with a .926 save percentage.
The Blackhawks will return home for two games after meeting the Jets on Friday.
