The Pittsburgh Penguins finally got some good news on the injury front, as defensemen Trevor Daley and Mark Streit will both return to the lineup for Game 3 against the Ottawa Senators, the team announced.
With the moves, the Penguins will ice a lineup consisting of 11 forwards and seven defensemen.
For Streit, the game will be his first of the postseason and first since the team's final regular-season contest against the New York Rangers on April 9. In 19 games with the Penguins this season, Streit produced one goal and six points.
As for Daley, he returns for the first time since Game 5 against the Washington Capitals, having missed the Penguins' last four contests. In 10 games this postseason, he has contributed one assist while playing an average of 18:27 per game.
