On a Monday night full of goals, it was a non-scoring play that had a lot of people talking.
Winnipeg Jets rookie and Calder Trophy favorite Patrik Laine wowed in overtime against Nashville, as each of the three Predators on the ice were left swinging their sticks in vain at No. 29.

Unfortunately for the Jets and Laine, the youngster's countryman Pekka Rinne shut the door.
The play then went the other way, the Jets took a penalty, and James Neal ended the night with a power-play marker, sealing the 5-4 win for Nashville.
But Laine, damn, is he ever special.
