The Nashville Predators were without defenseman P.K. Subban in their lineup Saturday when they hosted the New York Rangers, as the team announced the 27-year-old is day to day with an upper-body injury.
Subban was absent from Predators practice Saturday, but the team hasn't yet indicated how he suffered the injury.
The two-time All-Star and 2012-13 Norris Trophy winner has appeared in 29 games for Nashville this season - his first with the Predators since coming over in a blockbuster deal with the Montreal Canadiens in exchange for Shea Weber this past June - scoring seven goals, adding 10 assists, and averaging 25:03 of ice time.
