Arizona Coyotes forward Brad Richardson was stretchered off the ice after an awkward collision with Nikita Tryamkin Thursday, in which he attempted to avoid a check from the Vancouver Canucks defenseman.
Richardson's leg appeared to be tangled under Tryamkin's weight, and medical personnel focused on that area as they tended to the veteran before moving him off the ice.
