The 2018 MVP has gone under the knife.
New Jersey Devils forward Taylor Hall had arthroscopic surgery on his left knee earlier this week. the club confirmed Thursday.
Hall will begin rehabilitation immediately and will be evaluated regularly, according to the team.
It's still too early to know if or when Hall will be back this season, reports Sportsnet's John Shannon.
The 27-year-old winger has been out of action since Dec. 23.
He was producing more than a point per game at the time of his injury, posting 37 in 33 contests.
