Alex DeBrincat is providing some light in an otherwise dark season for the Chicago Blackhawks.
The rookie forward snapped a 13-game goalless skid in style Sunday night, recording his third hat trick of the season to break the franchise record for hat tricks by a rookie, previously set by Steve Larmer in 1983.

With his three tallies DeBrincat now sits tied for second among all rookies with 25 goals, which also shares the team lead.
