Ryan Hartman was the embodiment of Chicago's frustration near the end of Game 2.
The Blackhawks rookie forward sent Craig Smith of the Nashville Predators to the ice with a hard check, then proceeded to cross-check him in the face for good measure.
Hartman was assessed a penalty for roughing and a 10-minute misconduct, and could very well be hearing from the NHL's Department of Player Safety, especially after Columbus' Matt Calvert was suspended after a similar incident in another lopsided loss.
