Only 306 players in NHL history have played in 1,000 NHL games. Chris Neil is the latest.
The Ottawa Senators enforcer reached the milestone Saturday in Los Angeles, and his teammates - past and present - were quick to celebrate the accomplishment.
Chris Neil is a beast. 1,000 games - crazy. Not easy to do at all. Congrats! It's an honor to play with such a #warrior.

As you might expect, Neil dropped the gloves in Saturday's contest, a 4-1 loss at the hands of the Kings.
