Frustrated fans who've been unable to buy Auston Matthews jerseys following his unprecedented debut should be placated by the weekend.

The uniform isn't yet being offered on league or team online stores, but NHLPA spokesman Jonathan Weatherdon told ESPN's Darren Rovell that they're expected to be made available over the next 48 hours.
Weatherdon said licensees aren't allowed to use a player's name and image until he has technically made the team, and once that happens, the player has to sign the group licensing agreement.
The players' union wouldn't confirm whether Matthews has signed it, but said it has consulted Matthews' agents and didn't expect it to be an issue.
Matthews didn't get his No. 34 until late September, and the Leafs didn't officially name him to the team until the opening-night roster was announced.
Weatherdon said Connor McDavid jerseys were available before his first game last year because the Edmonton Oilers gave him his No. 97 and said he'd made the team immediately.
