Chicago Blackhawks forward Marian Hossa was taken to a local Quebec City hospital for X-rays after Team Europe's Thursday night exhibition game against North America, according to TVA Sports' Renaud Lavoie.
There's no word on what type of injury he suffered, but it's not considered serious, according to TSN's Aaron Ward.
Head coach Ralph Kreuger offered no update after the game, a 4-0 Europe loss, ESPN's Craig Custance tweeted.
Hossa wasn't on Europe's bench in the third period, according to Sportsnet's broadcast. He played 10:47 in the game, finishing with one shot on goal.
The veteran is sitting on 499 career NHL regular-season goals.
