The Pittsburgh Penguins have taken team bonding to a whole new level.

The entire roster dressed in matching outfits for their Aces and Ice casino night, which benefits the Mario Lemieux Foundation, cystic fibrosis, and Penguins foundation.

Note the difference in demeanor between Sidney Crosby (front and center) and Phil Kessel (back row, second from right).
